The Drama Class of the Westmont High School in Montreal, Quebec, presented this play. I co-designed the set of this play with the designer Helena Roy. At the high school Miss Roy and I involved and directed the students in set making, set dressing, stage manager, lightboard operation, makeup and costumes. The students of this class and their Drama professor were very familiar with the acting part of theatre. However, this was the first time that external designers participated in set design for them. Miss Roy and I participated collectively in the selection of each set piece. I drafted the set elements that had to be built and made models of the set pieces. With my co-designer and the high school students, we painted and modified the set pieces that were required to fit the aesthetic of the play.
